Lustre Solaire Elite is operated via the Shopify platform. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lustre Solaire Elite. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this site. By using our services, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Product Information

We strive to display our products and collections (including resort wear, bikinis, jewelry, and cosmetics) as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors and textures may vary slightly due to screen differences

  • Availability is subject to change without notice

4. Orders & Payments

We accept major credit cards and Wish payments in USD ($) only.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

  • Limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order

Prices & VAT: All product prices shown on our website are VAT-inclusive. An 11% VAT is already included in the listed price of each product, so no additional VAT is added at checkout. The VAT amount is recorded for accounting.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping providers, rates, and delivery estimates are provided at checkout and subject to availability and local restrictions.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Tags must be intact

  • For bikinis: hygiene sticker must be in place

Exchange will be issued as store credit or for an item of equal or lesser value.
