At Lustre Solaire Elite, we pride ourselves on delivering luxury pieces with care, elegance, and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to quality, we offer exchanges only under the following conditions.
1. No Refunds
We do not offer cash or card refunds. All sales are final.
2. Exchanges (If Applicable)
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags are intact

Item is returned in its original packaging
If your exchange is accepted, you will receive either:

A store credit for the original amount (excluding shipping), or
-
An exchange for another item of equal or lesser value
❗️We do not offer exchanges for items that show signs of use or have missing tags.
3. Bikinis & Intimate Items
Due to hygiene standards, bikinis and swimwear are eligible for exchange only if:

All original tags are attached

The protective hygiene sticker is intact

The item shows no signs of wear
4. Shipping on Returns

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service
5. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare case of a defect or item received damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos and your order number. We will gladly assist in finding a resolution.

7. Late or Missing Exchanges
If you haven’t received your exchange after confirmation:

8. Final Sale Items
Please note: items marked Final Sale are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
